INFORMATION FOR NEW RESIDENTS
WELCOME!
If you are a NEW Resident of Cape Royal, this is THE place to start!
You will find most of the information you need right here on this page. Links on the right will lead you to information about Block Captains, the Board of Directors and the HOA Committees, Summary of your Deed Restrictions, Emergency Phone Numbers, Community Gate Access, as well as the Calendar and Event Announcements.
FAMILY DATA SHEET (FDS)
If you have not already done so before your closing, you will need to fill out the Family Data Sheet (in the form list to the right) as soon as possible. This will ensure that we have your contact information and that you have gate access to the community.
BLOCK CAPTAINS
Each street within the community has an assigned Block Captain. Block Captains help keep neighbors informed of community and HOA news throughout the year. Your block captain will also be your contact for verifying your Family Data Sheet.
HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES
Cape Royal is managed by volunteers from the community. The seven members on the Board of Directors are supported by over a dozen committees who help keep our residents informed and our grounds well-maintained. Please visit the Board of Directors page and consider becoming involved by joining one of the committees.
