You will find most of the information you need right here on this page. Links on the right will lead you to information about Block Captains, the Board of Directors and the HOA Committees, Summary of your Deed Restrictions, and information about maintaining your lot.
FAMILY DATA SHEET (FDS)
If you are a new lot owner, and have not already done so before your closing, please fill out the Family Data Sheet (FDS) as soon as possible. The FDS can be found on the New Buyers or New Resident pages of this website. This will ensure that we have your contact information and that your Block Captain is able to contact you regarding gate access to the community.
If you are a current lot owner and your contact information changes, please contact your Block Captain as soon as possible so they may update your FDS. This ensures that we can reach you and you have uninterrupted gate access.
BLOCK CAPTAINS
Each street within the community has an assigned Block Captain. Block Captains help keep neighbors informed of community and HOA news throughout the year. Your block captain will also be your contact for verifying your Family Data Sheet.
GATE HOURS
5 AM - 7 PM
Daily, Year-Round
CONTRACTOR WORK HOURS:
Contractors and sub-contractors (workers for hire) are allowed to perform work in the community only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Saturdays. No contractor work is allowed on Sundays or national holidays.

ANNUAL HOA ASSESSMENTS
The HOA yearly assessment and the directed assessment for golf course purchase debt retirement are collected annually.

Capital Contribution (assessed for a property transfer): $3500
VACANT LOT MAINTENANCE
Vacant lot owners within Cape Royal are given the choice to maintain their lots either by using a private contractor or availing themselves of the service offered by our HOA. Owners using our service come under the auspices of the Vacant Lots committee. When using the HOA service, vacant lots are mowed 18 times a year. These charges are billed annually. Annual HOA Vacant Lot Mowing Fee:
Rate for 2024 is between $545 - $1,180 annually, depending on size and complexity of lot.
